Terms & Conditions for 7rrr — Please Read Before Playing

1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 7rrr website accessible at https://7rrr.onl, including all associated pages, services, games, and features operated under the 7rrr brand.
• "Player" / "You" / "Your" means any individual who registers or attempts to register an account on the Platform and uses any of its services.
• "Account" means the personalised user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" means the aggregate of deposited funds, credited bonuses, and settled winnings held in a Player's Account, denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, free bet, cashback offer, or other incentive awarded by 7rrr to a Player, subject to the wagering requirements specified at the time of the offer.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus must be staked across eligible games before it or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By completing the 7rrr registration process, logging into an existing Account, or placing any bet or wager on the Platform, you conclusively represent and warrant that:

• You have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.
• You agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any supplementary rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

3 Eligibility

Access to and use of the 7rrr Platform is restricted. To be eligible to register and maintain an Account, you must at all times satisfy each of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. 7rrr operates a strict 21+ policy. Any Player found to be under 21 at the time of registration will have their Account immediately suspended, all balances (including winnings) forfeited, and all deposits refunded to the originating payment method where technically possible.
• Residency: The Platform is intended for use by individuals residing in Bangladesh. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with any laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. Individuals who are legally incapacitated or acting under guardianship are not eligible.

• Single Account: You must not already hold an active or suspended Account on the 7rrr Platform. Each individual is permitted to hold one Account only.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of 7rrr services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current, and complete information at all times and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

4.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your Account using your credentials will be deemed to have been authorised by you, whether or not you were personally involved.

• You must notify 7rrr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• 7rrr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.
• You must not allow any other person, including family members, to access or use your Account on your behalf.

4.3 Account Verification (KYC)

7rrr operates Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:

• National Identity Card (NID) or Passport (for identity and age verification)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or equivalent document dated within 90 days)
• Screenshot or confirmation of the payment method used for deposit (bKash, Nagad, or Rocket account details matching the name on your 7rrr Account)

7rrr reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing until all requested KYC documentation has been reviewed and approved. Falsification of any verification document will result in immediate and permanent Account closure and potential referral to relevant authorities.

4.4 Account Closure

Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting 7rrr support via live chat. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any remaining Real Money Balance at the time of closure will be refunded to the originating payment method, subject to identity verification being complete. Bonus balances are non-refundable upon voluntary closure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

7rrr accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following BDT-denominated mobile payment services:

• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank mobile banking service

7rrr reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time. Additions or removals will be communicated on the Platform. All transactions must be initiated from a payment account registered in your own name — third-party payments are strictly prohibited.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits are credited to your 7rrr Account Balance in BDT within 60 seconds of confirmation from the relevant payment provider under normal operating conditions. 7rrr is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider, mobile network disruptions, or scheduled maintenance windows. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your Account and are subject to change without prior notice.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed within 24 hours of submission, provided that all of the following conditions are satisfied:

• Your Account KYC verification is fully complete and approved.
• The withdrawal amount does not exceed your Real Money Balance (bonus funds are excluded from withdrawal until wagering requirements are satisfied).
• No active investigation or account review is ongoing at the time of the withdrawal request.
• The withdrawal is directed to the same payment method and account used for your most recent deposit.

5.4 Prohibited Transactions

The following deposit and withdrawal activities are strictly prohibited on the 7rrr Platform:

• Depositing funds from a payment account not registered in your own name
• Using the Platform as a conduit for transferring funds between third parties
• Any deposit or withdrawal pattern consistent with money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime
• Initiating chargebacks, reversals, or disputes with a payment provider while retaining winnings generated from the disputed funds

Any Account found to be engaged in prohibited transaction activity will be suspended immediately. All balances will be withheld pending investigation. 7rrr cooperates fully with law enforcement and financial regulators where prohibited activity is identified.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

7rrr offers a range of promotional bonuses, free bets, free spins, and cashback offers to eligible Players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all 7rrr promotions unless the specific promotion page states otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered in accordance with the wagering requirement specified for each promotion before any withdrawal from the bonus balance is permitted. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Eligible Games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games, table games, and certain slots may contribute at a lower percentage than standard slot games. The contribution schedule is published on the promotions page.

7 Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 General Betting Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 7rrr Platform are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games). By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand the rules of the game and accept the displayed odds or game parameters at the time the bet is confirmed.

7.2 Bet Confirmation & Cancellation

A bet is confirmed and binding once the Platform displays a confirmation message and the stake is deducted from your Account Balance. 7rrr does not allow cancellation of a confirmed bet except where:

• A manifest pricing error was made by 7rrr that is clearly distinguishable from a normal market movement
• The relevant sporting event is cancelled, postponed beyond 48 hours, or abandoned in accordance with the applicable sports betting rules

7.3 Void Bets

7rrr reserves the right to declare any bet void in circumstances including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, match-fixing suspicions, incomplete sporting events, or technical malfunction of a game's random number generator. In the event of a void bet, the stake is returned to the Player's Account Balance in full.

7.4 Maximum Win Limits

Maximum win limits apply to each game category and are displayed within the relevant game or betting interface. 7rrr reserves the right to cap winnings at the published maximum win limit regardless of the theoretical outcome of any single bet or gaming session.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 7rrr Platform. Violation of any prohibition below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and may result in referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether in your own name or using false or third-party identity information
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players
• Exploiting software bugs, technical errors, glitches, or loopholes in any game or Platform feature to gain an unfair advantage
• Colluding with other Players to manipulate game outcomes, betting markets, or bonus offers

9 Intellectual Property

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions grants you any ownership or licence in respect of any intellectual property belonging to 7rrr.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, transmit, republish, or create derivative works from any content on the 7rrr Platform without express prior written permission from 7rrr. 10 Limitation of Liability

By using the Platform, you agree that any dispute shall be resolved through 7rrr's internal complaints procedure in the first instance before any further escalation.

7rrr's internal complaints procedure operates as follows:
